On November 1, 2004, Magda started the website www.akiki.dk under her husband's name, and since then Magda has taken over the whole thing herself.

At that time, Magda only sold fabrics for national costumes and decorative ribbons and beads by the yard.

Over time, Magda has expanded to include her own designed jewelry.
