2. Payment

If you pay by payment card, this is free of charge for private card types issued in the EU as well as Norway, Iceland and Switzerland.

NOTE: Fees of up to 1.55% are charged for the use of card types issued outside the EU, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland as well as business cards issued in the EU, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland. The fee is only stated on the order when the card number is entered. This also applies to MobilePay.

The amount for your purchase will only be debited from your account when the goods are shipped.

When paying with international payment cards - such as Visa and MasterCard - the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment. An amount is not reserved when paying with Dankort. If you pay with MobilePay, it is the payment card in the app that determines whether the payment is reserved.


When paying by bank transfer, you are not protected by the right to object. This also applies if you pay via PayPal. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.

In the event of sold-out items, supplier failure or delayed delivery time, akikik.gl will endeavour to inform the customer as soon as possible, as well as how the parties can resolve the matter – for example by crediting the purchase, or providing advice on finding a similar item in akikik.gl's selection.

Shipping orders in Greenland

We will ship your items the following days via Tusass Post on Tuesday and Thursday after we have registered your payment.

You will receive an email and confirmation that your item has been shipped with track and trace.

All orders will be shipped with track and trace so you can follow the package.

All rates are integrated into our system and you will always be informed of shipping costs before you place your order.

Delivery time: 2-3 days

Akikik.gl only uses Tusass Post for all deliveries unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping orders to Denmark

Akikik.gl only uses Tusass Post for all shipments and all orders are shipped on Tuesday and Thursday after payment is registered.

You will receive an email and confirmation that your item has been shipped.

All orders are shipped with track and trace so you can follow the package.

Delivery to Denmark takes place by air transport with Tusass.

However, delivery time can be 2-5 days.

If you have selected delivery to a parcel shop/parcel box where there is no space, your delivery will be redirected to a nearby parcel shop/parcel box.


Akikik.gl is responsible for product insurance to cover any damage or loss of the product during transport.

Disposable vapes are not shipped to Denmark.

In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.

Shipping to Greenland and the whole world : PostNord prices, sent as registered mail.
Fixed price 170kr up to 2kg
Akikik.gl of course always chooses the cheapest shipping.
Shipping in Denmark
Dao and GLS are used fixed price DKK 49 as recommended.

Customs and taxes

If you live within the EU, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may be required.

You must pay customs duties if you buy goods online from a country outside the EU and the total price is more than 150 euros before shipping. This corresponds to approximately 1,150 DKK. How much you have to pay in customs duties depends on the item.

You must also pay Danish VAT on all goods purchased in countries outside the EU.

Picking up orders.

It is possible to pick up some of your items at Guutaap ​​aqq 4, 3911 Sisimiut by appointment.

An order for collection will be deleted if it has not been collected within four business days after the order has been approved for collection, and the customer has received an email and/or text message to this effect.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. This follows from the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You do this by sending an email to info@akikik.gl .

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
However, this does not apply to bundles consisting of multiple items. Bundles are considered one item. If you wish to cancel the purchase of a product in a bundle, you must cancel the purchase of your entire bundle and return all items.
When you place a bundle order, it will be indicated in the shopping cart and your invoice.

Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret parts of your purchase.

Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. You can order a return label from us when you create your cancellation case. If you have purchased your return label from us, we are liable if any damage occurs during transport, provided that the item has been properly packaged. Read more about the requirements for the condition of the item when returning it below.

The package must be sent by courier to our address, we recommend Tusass post if you are in Greenland. If you are outside Greenland we recommend that you use PostNord or Fedex

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:

  • Delivery of goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
  • Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
  • Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery. For example (Slippers, Earrings, etc.). For these goods, the right of withdrawal only applies if the original packaging is unbroken.
  • Delivery of goods which, due to their nature, are mixed with other goods upon delivery and cannot be separated again

The condition of the item when you return it
When you return the item, it must be in a saleable condition and as new. This means that you may test the item in the manner necessary to determine its nature, characteristics or the way it functions. In other words, you may test the item in the same way as if you were inspecting it in a physical store, but the item may not be put into use.

If you have tested the product in a way other than as described above and this has resulted in its value being reduced, you are responsible for this and will only receive a partial refund of the purchase price. In some cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs refunded.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item, as the item may suffer damage during transport, for which you will be liable.

Please note that this is especially true for fragile electronic components that are delivered in anti-static packaging.

Products configured or set up at your request are required to be reset to factory settings before being returned due to cancellation.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you in connection with the purchase, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the purchase.

We will automatically refund the money to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. We do not accept packages that are sent on delivery.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months.

Please create a complaint by contacting us before sending the item. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

For products that have a serial number, it is a condition of your right to claim that the product can be identified. If the serial number is no longer present on the product and you cannot provide this, Akikik.gl cannot process your claim.

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.


Condition of the goods at the time of complaint
Remember to pack the item securely together with all accessories, such as slippers, earrings and the like, that are associated with the product being advertised.

Damage to products caused by operating or handling errors, modifications or gross misuse is not covered by the warranty.
